1. Submit qualification documents

(1) Pictures or packages of genuine goods.

You must submit all the required documents, and if some documents are missing, your product will not be approved. EC declaration of conformity and pictures of genuine goods must be submitted in different document types.

Documents must meet the following requirements:

①CE mark

②Trade name or model

③Brand name or registered trademark

④Contact address of the brand (preferably the address of the EU representative)

(2) EC declaration of conformity

Documents must meet the following requirements:

① Name and full address of the company, or the name of the authorized representative

② Serial number, model or type identification of commodity.

③ It should be declared that you are fully responsible for this declaration. It should show the law to which the commodity is subject and any harmonised standards or other means by which compliance can be demonstrated.

④ Name, signature and position of signer.

⑤  The date of the statement.

The EC Declaration of Conformity is an EU Compliance Statement that states that the product complies with EU standards. It is recommended to submit a PDF document that must contain CE standards that the product complies with. For example, toy products meet EN71 standards, electronic products meet LVD and EMC standards, wireless products meet RED standards and so on.
